All orders are dispatched in a discrete packaging and will normally be dispatched within seven days of placement of orders.
All Australian orders are dispatched via registered Australia Post and will require a signature by the recipients so as to validate the order. In the event that you are not at home a card will be left by Australia Post, requiring you to attend the local post office and once you have produced appropriate identification and signed the goods are yours. We do not accept any returns as once the packages are opened they are not reusable.
All New Zealand orders are via pre-paid Registered Post International Padded Mailers and again will require signature on receipt.
